1. Who we are
This website, mavisgroup.by (the “Website”), is operated by Limited Liability Company “Mavis Group” (UNP 193538996), registered in the Republic of Belarus (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this Policy.

2. What personal data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Data you provide voluntarily through our contact and callback forms: first name, last name, patronymic, phone number and email address.
- Data collected automatically when you browse the Website: IP address, browser type and version, screen resolution, operating system, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, referral source, and cookie identifiers.
- Data about how you interact with our advertising and the Website, collected through web analytics tools (pages viewed, session duration, conversions, form submissions).
We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18 years of age.
3. Cookies and analytics
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some of them are necessary for the Website to function; others are used for statistics and advertising. Cookies may be placed by us and by third-party services used on the Website, including:
- Yandex.Metrica (Yandex) — web analytics;
- Google Analytics 4 (Google) — web analytics;
- Google Ads (Google) — advertising and conversion measurement;
- Google Tag Manager (Google) — tag management;
- SendPulse — email newsletters and mailing lists.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Website works. Privacy policies of these providers are available on their official websites.
4. How we use your personal data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and provide the services you requested;
- to conclude and perform a contract with you or your organisation;
- to send service-related information and, where you have agreed, our newsletter;
- to analyse Website traffic and advertising performance, and to improve the Website and our advertising;
- to comply with legal obligations applicable to us in the Republic of Belarus.
The legal basis is your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with:
- service providers that help us operate the Website and our advertising (hosting providers, analytics and advertising services listed in section 3);
- state authorities, where we are required to do so by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
Any provider processing data on our behalf is bound to use it only for the purposes we have defined.
6. Storage and security
Personal data is stored on servers located within the infrastructure we use, with restricted access. We apply organisational and technical measures to protect it against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
7. Retention
Contact requests and contract-related data are kept for as long as necessary to provide the services and to comply with statutory retention periods. Aggregated analytics and advertising reports are retained for up to 26 months and then deleted.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- request access to your personal data and receive a copy of it;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data, where we are not required to keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

9. Our use of Google APIs
Mavis Group operates an internal application, “Mavis Group”, used by our own staff to manage the Company’s own website analytics and advertising. The application uses the following Google APIs:
- Google Analytics 4 (Analytics Data API, Analytics Admin API) — to read website traffic and conversion statistics for mavisgroup.by;
- Google Ads API — to read and manage advertising campaigns in our own Google Ads account (customer ID 141-015-9868);
- Google Search Console API — to read search performance data for our own website;
- Google Tag Manager API — to manage tags on our own website.
The application accesses only data belonging to our own organisation: aggregated website statistics and data from our own Google Ads account. We do not access Google user data belonging to third parties, and we do not use Google APIs to identify or profile Website visitors.
Data received from Google APIs is used solely to prepare internal performance reports (traffic, conversions, advertising costs and results) and to manage our own advertising campaigns. It is stored on our own infrastructure, is not sold, rented or shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising personalisation or to train machine learning models.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. If we change how we use Google user data, we will notify users on this page.
